John Joseph Brier, Jr., holds a bachelors degree in business from the University of Maine, at Orono, and a Masters in Business Administration degree from Thomas College, Waterville, Maine. He currently serves as the CEO of TinBu, LLC, a technology and information company that provides services to digital media groups around the world. He is also a managing partner in The Maine Knife Company as well as the founder of the Vitality Booth and Vitality Booth Wellness Centers. In 2018 he founded Camp Dirigo, an 85 acre wilderness retreat along the Kennebec River in Solon, Maine, with the primary aim of providing outdoor recreational opportunities for non-profit veteran related groups. Brier previously served as Executive Director of the Manchester, NH Big Brothers Big Sisters Organization, as well as working as a regional director for the University of Maine’s Community Justice Program. Brier started the long-running Virginia Jackson Memorial Scholarship Fund at Scarborough High School, Scarborough, Maine. He is listed as one of the University of Maine’s notable Alumni and is a member of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity. He currently volunteers as a youth sports coach in Florida. He founded Katie Jane Rocks in 2018 along with his daughter Katie Jane Brier. Brier served in the U.S. Army and the Massachusetts National Guard. He has lived and worked in Panama and Colombia extensively over the past decade, and now resides in Florida and Maine with his daughters Katie Jane and Cristina. 

Todd Desgrosseillers holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Boston University and a master’s degree in military studies from the Marine Corps Command and Staff College. He also completed the National Security Fellowship at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government and is a graduate of the Marine Corps Summer Mountain Leaders’ Course, and the Marine Corps Command and Staff College. He  served as the President and CEO of Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing, a nationally recognized non-profit organization serving the Veteran community. Desgrosseillers also sits on the Board of Directors of Camp Corral, a non-profit organization that provides free, one-of-a-kind summer camp for children of wounded, injured, ill or fallen military service members. Desgrosseillers is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and infantry officer who served the U.S. for 31 years, earning a Silver Star, 2 Bronze Stars, and 2 Purple Hearts. Previously, he served as the Executive Officer for the 3rd Battalion, 5th Marines – deploying in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2004-2005. He is also a veteran of numerous other operations and 11 unit deployments overseas. He also served as the Commander of the Marine Corps Basic School at Quantico. He is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Fly Fishers International, Academy of United States Veterans, and a lifetime member of Disabled American Veterans, AMVETS, and The Military Order of the Purple Heart, and the Beta Theta Pi Fraternity. Todd is married to the former Christiana Drake. They reside in Maryland and  have a daughter Katherine, and two sons, Todd Jr. and Michael.

John Richard Mosher is a graduate of the University of Maine ROTC program and the University of Maine, at Orono, with a Bachelors Degree in Education. He earned Masters in Business Administration degree from Thomas College, Waterville, Maine, as well as advanced degrees from the U.S. Army War College. Colonel Mosher is a retired Army Officer with nearly 30 years of military service to his country with multiple deployments to Afghanistan where he served in combat and earned a Bronze Star with Valor, as well as the Legion of Merit Award. His service includes command and operations staff assignments at the platoon, company, battery, battalion, brigade, Joint Force Headquarters and Combined Joint Task Force levels. Colonel Mosher has served on numerous Joint Planning Groups and Advisory Councils including the National Chairman of the Plans, Operations, Readiness, Training Advisory Council, and in the service organizations as a Trustee for Volunteers of America and at Maine Central Institute. He served previously as the Maine National Guard Deputy Chief of Operations and as the Maine National Guard Chief of Staff. He graduated U.S. Army Ranger School and Airborne School and Air Assault School, as well as Mountain Warfare School. Colonel Mosher is a Registered Maine Guide and the Founder and CEO of Gold Star Outfitters, Inc. He also serves as a Program Leader for Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing, while volunteering for several Veteran Service Organizations. Upon retiring from the military, Colonel Mosher focuses on his personal wellness, continues his record of philanthropy, coaching youth running teams, while remaining connected with the Military Families and Veterans communities. He is a member of the Beta Theta Pi Fraternity. He lives in China, Maine, with sons Harrison, Nathanial and Trevor.
